THRIVE MLT600 series magnetostrictive level transmitter is a kind of hi-tech product basing on magnetostrictive principle. It can output 4-20mA analog signals that are directly proportional to the medium level to be measured and perform digital output through HART communication protocol.
The magnetostrictive technology ***ermines that the measuring process of MLT600 series is highly accurate and reliable and free from influence of temperature, pressure and permittivity etc. The product is widely applied to process level measuring unit and has good performance under complicated working conditions of high pressure, high temperature, cryogenic, highly corrosive and weak permittivity media. Meanwhile, it can also effectively compensate defects of electric buoy transmitter and radar transmitter in some working conditions.

Level measurement accuracy is up to ¡À0.5mm or ¡À0.03% full range
It can select measuring process liquid level and interface at the same time
Two-wire loop power supply, 4-20mA output (HART communication is optional)
Standard module design, free of maintenance, and practicality demarcate and periodical calibration is not needed
The module has LCD display and is provided with 3 buttons. The operation interface is simple and convenient
The standard double cavity type anti-explosive shell meets Exd IIC T6 standard
Intrinsic safety electronic loop design meets Exia IIC T4 standard
Pressure proof range is from vacuum to 160bar (it can reach to 350bar by mating FL300 series)
Thermal resistance range is from -195℃ to 400℃
Multiple anti-corrosive material options (HC-276, Zr702, PTFE, Ti etc.)
